Fitness Yoga with Emma

Yoga classes

Emma runs friendly and supportive classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays with small groups at different locations, all within a 10 minute drive from the Patch. Please contact Emma to book on for a 6 week course at £25 or pop along and pay as you go at only £5 per session. You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel.
